Things to Consider Before Buying a Newly-Built Home:

• A lot of homes in a single neighborhood are built very similarly.  Is uniqueness a quality you require in a home?
• Since the main city area is rather developed, new homes are typically built away from the city.  How will this affect your work/lifestyle?
• Not just the house is new but so is the landscape.  Things like trees and bushes will be small and not provide very much cover for many years, even a decade.
• The trend for new homes tends to be a little bigger house with less yard meaning you’ll be close to your neighbor.
