• Unprofessional Work – One of the benefits of a newly constructed home is that you know who the builder was.  A used house may have had work done by the current or prior resident to save money and therefore may not be up to code or may not even be good work in general.  You may actually save money in the long run by buying a new house that’s a little more money.
